高压煮锅

◆ 设备简介     

1、容积：50L、100L、200L、300L、400L、500L、600L、800L、1000L。

2、结构形式：分可倾式、立式结构，按工艺需要采用带搅拌与不带搅拌。

3、锅体材质：①内锅体不锈钢(SUS304)，夹套、支架碳钢(Q235—B)外涂防锈漆；②内外全不锈钢。

4、带搅拌装置锅体：顶部中心搅拌，减速机输出轴与搅拌桨轴采用活套连接，方便拆装与清洗。

5、搅拌转速：36r/min（可以根据客户要求来选定一定的转速）；搅拌桨形式：普通搅拌（锚式）和刮底搅拌。

6、支脚形式：①立式锅体：三棱锥形式、圆管式；②可倾式锅体：槽形支架式。

7、设备配置：表盘指针式温度计、蒸汽进口、出料口等(立式结构)。

8、可倾式蒸煮锅体可倾转90°，倾转方式为手动式翻转。

注：夹套工作压力、电机功率、加热功率、搅拌浆结构等可根据客户特殊要求定做。

7, equipment configuration: dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, outlet, etc. (vertical structure).

8, tilting pot body maximum tilting 90°, tilting mode for manual reversal.

Note: jacket working pressure, motor power, heating power, mixing slurry structure can be customized according to the special requirements of customers.
