产品描述：

操作及维护：
1.安装竣工后的鼓风机在启动前应首*行手动转动，检查有无异常碰撞与摩擦，电动机的旋向是否正确，进出口阀门是否在小流量状态。
2.风机运行时应注意风机和电机内部有无异常声响，漏油，异常的振动或轴承温升过高，电机电流过大，地脚松动等不正常现象，并及时排除。
3.新风机使用5000小时后要更换轴承油脂。
4.检修：机壳检修时先松开水平中分面上螺钉，打开上半机壳和两侧轴承箱上盖，取出转子即可对转子或机壳进行维修。检修时应特别注意叶轮叶片是否断裂，有无裂纹，主轴是否弯曲。装拆上班机壳前，必须谨慎避免装拆过程中因上半机壳摆动而损坏转子。
5.风机出厂时货用户停机期间均应将风机进出口盖好，以防止杂物落入风机内腔造成事故。
6.风机每工作半年需检修一次，清楚风机流道内积尘和油污。
